Woodstock’s will provide everything you need to make your event a success. We’ve done it all — birthdays, meetings, weddings, alumni events, team and club banquets, and mixers. We can accommodate anyone’s diet with Gluten-Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, & Carnivore options!
Our prices are very reasonable for groups. Let us know your budget and we’ll work with you.
OUR PLACE
Reserve space for groups of all sizes in our restaurant. You can also request that we:
- Rearrange the tables and seating for you
- Set up a registration/check-in table
- Set up a buffet
- Have food and beverages on the tables when your guests arrive
- Arrange for a designated server
- Come in early to decorate your space
- Change the music volume
- Change the lighting
- Show your video presentation on one of our TV’s
YOUR PLACE
Of course we’ll deliver our crowd-pleasing pizzas and sides, but we can also provide:
- Designated servers who will stay to set up, serve and clean up after*
- A canopy
- A folding table
- Tablecloths
- Plates, napkins, and disposable flatware
- Spatulas for pizzas, and tongs for party salads
- Disposable gloves for servers

Fundraising
Host Your Next Fundraiser at Woodstock’s Pizza!
Looking to raise funds while enjoying delicious pizza and good vibes? Woodstock’s Pizza is the perfect place for your group to gather, dine, and make a difference!
How It Works:
- When? Fundraisers run Monday through Thursday, from Noon to 9 PM.
- What Counts? All food and drink (yes, even alcohol!) sales generated by your group supporters go towards your fundraiser.
- Mention Your Group: Supporters just need to mention your group when they order for their purchase to count.
Earnings Made Easy:
- $250 Minimum Sales: Raise at least $250 in sales to qualify. (That’s about 10 XL pizzas or food + drink for 30 people).
- $250-$500 in Sales: Earn 20% back in-store credit. Use your funds for your next big party!
- Over $500 in Sales: Take home 20% in cash! (*Checks issued about 2 weeks after fundraiser date).
How to Be a Success:

- Spread the Word: Use our digital or printed flyers to promote your event on social media, email, and community boards.
- Create a Buzz: Share your event with friends, family, and supporters—every sale counts!
- Set a Goal: Motivate your group with a clear sales target.
- Leverage Social Media: Post reminders and updates leading up to and during the event. Don’t forget to tag us for a reshare!
- Collaborate: Partner with group members to get the word out through their networks

Donations
We’re all about supporting nonprofit and philanthropic organizations in the community – giving back is the backbone of our business! One of the ways we do this is through the donation of Woodstock’s Free Stuff certificates. These certificates can be used for a variety of Woodstock’s menu items.
When requesting Free Stuff, keep in mind that we want Woodstock’s Pizza to stand out (not lumped with other food vendors, especially other pizza places) and we love creativity and out of the box events!
