TO GO GREEN

Woodstock’s is committed to creating a smaller footprint. We’ve implemented the below initiatives and will continue to look for environmentally-friendly solutions, working toward a sustainable future.

REUSE

Permanent dishware (plates, servers, flatware, glasses, cups) in-store
Take-out spatulas and tongs are all reusable
Re-usable to-go cups available for purchase, thereby eliminating disposable cups

RECYCLE

Boxes, napkins, sacks, and paper products are all made from recycled paper
Boxes, sacks, and foil are all recyclable
Recycle bins in-store
All cans, boxes, jars, etc used in daily prep and food service are recycled

REDUCE

Energy-efficient refrigeration, LED lighting, ovens, computers, dishwashers, faucets, toilets, and HVAC systems
Low-flow dishwashers, sinks and restroom facilities
Insulation installed to reduce the use of HVAC systems
No styrofoam products or plastic bags used
Plastic straws have been eliminated, paper straws available upon request
Compostable pizza boxes, paper plates, napkins, and salad containers are used for all take-out/delivery orders
Carbon Footprint reduced by sourcing local fresh produce and supplies

RESPONSIBILITY

It is our duty to be good stewards of the earth and its resources
Woodstock’s support environmental causes by encouraging, sponsoring, and hosting fundraisers for environmentally conscious organizations at both a personal and corporate level
Woodstock’s is committed to continually looking for products and solutions that support our green restaurant
